OVERVIEW

A multi-brand holding company needed websites for 5 separate entities — each with distinct visual identity, branding, and purpose. They needed professional web presence across all brands while maintaining consistent technical quality and zero-cost hosting.

THE CHALLENGE

• —5 separate companies, each needing unique design language and brand identity
• —No technical team — founder managing everything
• —Domains across different registrars needed consolidation
• —Email deliverability issues (SPF/DKIM/DMARC not configured)
• —Needed to launch fast with limited budget — no room for agency costs
• —One entity (holding company) must have zero visible connections to others

THE SOLUTION

• —Built 5 Next.js websites, each with custom design system matching brand guidelines
• —Consolidated all 6 domains to Cloudflare for unified DNS management
• —Configured Google Workspace email across all domains with proper SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• —Developed complete brand kits for 4 entities: logos, business cards, social templates, email signatures
• —Created 4 distinct visual identities: dark tech, editorial ivory/forest, light slate blue, warm graphite/terracotta
• —Implemented contact forms with email delivery, Google Sheets backup, and Telegram notifications
